Get the best night’s sleep you can

As tantric massage girls, we’re very used to getting a good night’s sleep. It’s you lot that do this of course. When you’ve done a days work as a masseuse, you’re pretty damn knackered by the end of the night! We don’t’ mind of course, it’s what we do, and it’s what we do best of all.

So if you’ve ever wondered why we always look so refreshed and fresh faced, you’ll know it’s because we’re getting all the sleep we need. But not everyone is lucky enough to rest their head on the pillow and drift straight off to sleep we know. This is why we’ve put together a little list of tips we’ve picked up from here and there, to help you get more rest.

Caffeine

Be aware of where it is and how you are consuming it gentlemen. It sounds obvious, but it’s one of the biggest causes of sleep deprivation around. If you can do it, cut it out completely. This way you will ensure a good night’s sleep. Depending on your body, you could be very sensitive to it.

Be active during the day

It’s all very well being sat at a desk all day in the city. Our tantric massage girls know who you are, because we see you all the time after work! But seriously, think about just how much physical exercise you’re getting at work, and try to increase it. Walk more, or take a long walk or bike ride in the evening when you’ve finished; we’re not all gym rats we know!

Improve your diet

Get more of these in your diet:

  • Bananas
  • Oats
  • Almonds
  • Honey
  • Kiwi fruit
  • Cherry juice

Avoid:

  • Alcohol
  • Caffeine (we already said that we know!)
  • Chocolate
  • Cheese
  • Booze

Getting your body in a better balance with your diet is never a bad idea anyway, whether it’s to induce sleep or not. You’re going to feel better inside and out.
