Stay active – every day!

It’s not as hard as it sounds. It can be a long walk, it can be a run, or a bike ride. You could simply walk instead of taking a cab. Do some body weight exercises like press ups every day. You don’t have to do a lot, but do something. This way, you keep your metabolism going. As we get older we have to prompt it a little from time to time.
